  1. Congratulations on your purchase of the ReelMagic product.
  2.  
  3. This readme.txt file contains information about how to use the Sigma
  4. Designs' DemoCD and Demo Player to preview a number of exciting new 
  5. interactive ReelMagic software titles, many of which can be purchased
  6. using the software catalog, found on the inside cover of the DemoCD.
  7.  
  8. To use the Demo Player you must first correctly install the ReelMagic
  9. MPEG controller and CD-ROM drive.  Demo Player is a Microsoft Windows
  10. application that can be used in the following way:
  11.  
  12. 1) From the Windows Program Manager select "Run" from the "File" menu. 
  13. 2) Select "Browse" and then select "DPlayer.exe" from the demoCD.
  14. 3) Select "OK" and the Demo Player will run.
  15.  
  16. By clicking on the buttons at the bottom of the Demo Player window 
  17. you will be able to preview a number of the ReelMagic interactive titles
  18. in different categories that are either currently available or soon to be
  19. released.  The status window under the video preview window lists the 
  20. software title on which the video sequence is located.
  21.  
  22. Control buttons resembling those on a VCR provide stop, fast forward 
  23. and rewind controls.  The outer most buttons in the control bar strip
  24. will jump forward or backward to the next video sequence.  Volume
  25. control can be adjusted using the slider located directly under the
  26. status window.

  28. Thank you for your purchase of the ReelMagic controller.  Please remember
  29. to return your ReelMagic warranty card so we can send updates on  new
  30. software releases to you.

  32. Important:  This demo CD contains some files that have been intended for
  33. playback on a double speed CD-ROM drive (300kB transfer rate). 
  34. If you have a single speed CD-ROM drive (150kB transfer rate) you 
  35. may experience some skipping of the audio and video of those files.
